Founded in 2012 by A.J. Manaseer, Inhabit Realty Group (IRG) is a real estate investment, brokerage, and management firm focused on multifamily property in the Chicagoland region and nearby markets.  We serve clients through our investment advisory, brokerage, and asset management services.  Since inception we have helped our clients and partners acquire nearly 6000 units totaling over $585M.

IRG is also an active investor and syndicator.  Our investment objective is to generate superior risk-adjusted returns by making direct investments in multifamily opportunities.  We primarily seek to invest in workforce housing with value-add potential through careful capital investment and improved management.
