Founded in 2011 by A.J. Manaseer, Inhabit Realty Group (IRG) is a real estate investment firm focused on multifamily and student housing properties in the Chicagoland region and nearby markets. Throughout its history, IRG has served clients with investment advisory, brokerage, property management, and asset management services; and A.J. has played a key role in the acquisition of 6800 apartment units totaling over $585M.
